Q1:  How about your quality?
    We have QC department, they control every process, start from purchasing raw material to finish the goods and loading the
container.

Q2:  If goods were damaged after receipt, what can I do?  
    * Please provide us with related valid proof, then we will send you the same products at the next order.

Q3:  What should my valid proof be if my goods are broken?
    *  Please simply set all your damaged goods in rows and columns, then take a video for us to show how goods are damaged.
